Posted by: at 02:39 pm 10/07/11
Topsfield Fair is the oldest agricultural fair in the Northeast and features kettlecorn, duck races, llamas, turkey legs, and of course, RISTORANTE PIZZA!! We greeted everyone at the Fair with a sample of one of our delicious six varieties. Folks enjoyed the fresh toppings on their slices while listening to the country music on the stage behind us. We had a lot of fun and met a ton of great people that loved our pizza...fun, Fun, FUN!!
Fun Food at Phantom Gourmet Festival

This weekend we stopped by the Phantom Gourmet Food Festival...people turned out in droves to try local and unique foods, brews, and desserts! It was packed to the limits from open to close, and we were lucky enough to have the chance to give people free samples of Ristorante Pizza! People were surprised at the variety that we offer...and they were very happy to find something at the festival that they could make for themselves at home. Phantom Gourmet was a blast!
Come one, come all to the oldest fair in the country!

Lions, tigers and bears, oh my! Well, not quite, but there was the world's oldest home which was carved out of an actual redwood tree, the smallest horse, pig races, face painting, magicians, and of course, RISTORANTE PIZZA!! We had fun for three days watching families play together, laugh together, and enjoy a free slice of Ristorante pizza together. With everyone's busy lives...it's cool when you see a child's eyes light up when he wins a goldfish at the ringtoss or receives a stuffed animal from knocking over milk bottles! We're glad Ristorante could be a part of the York Fair which brought lots of happiness and memories to so many people!
Score: Tropical Storm Lee-0 Ristorante Pizza-25

After leaving Boston, we were met along our drive by tropical storm Lee...which brought a lot of rain and flooding to the area of Harrisburg, which is where we were heading. There was a lot of power loss and even some displaced people due to the flooding. It was amazing to see how the community came together to help one another in this time of need. As power began to be restored and people began to refill their freezers, we were there with our freshly cooked, crispy crusted Ristorante pizzas to sample them. It was fun to give many people their first introduction of our brand. The community really appreciated that we came to visit, especially knowing we had to change our routes many times to avoid flooded streets to get to the store events. Ristorante made a lot of new fans this week, and we were glad Ristorante could bring a smile to people's faces to help brighten their day!
Ristorante go Bragh

Newport, Rhode Island....what can we say besides....WOW!! What a beautiful place! When we drove across the bridge to scenic Newport, the harbor was full of sailboats from the regattas and it definitely put us in a great mood for our first event of the fall tour – the Newport Waterfront Irish Festival. We spent three fun-filled days listening to Irish folk music and sharing Ristorante pizza with our new friends from the "blarneys"! It was really refreshing to see people carrying on their family traditions in this way. The team sampled a ton of free pizza slices to the lively crowds and we are glad that Ristorante is going to be part of their memories from this year's festival.
